Outdoor Promise
My passion is to share outdoor experiences with youth and their families to help create more environmental stewards and lifelong appreciation of the natural world. This mission drives our work at OP!
New York Outdoor Recreation Coalition
I was honored to be elected Co-Chair of NYORC, a statewide coalition working to build a vibrant and inclusive outdoor recreation community. In this role, I collaborate with partners and stakeholders across New York to expand equitable access to outdoor spaces and strengthen the outdoor economy.

The Carbon Almanac
I am a proud contributor to The Carbon Almanac, a powerful tool to help us create change here and now. The Almanac guides us to understand climate change and make a positive and meaningful impact.
City of Newburgh Conservation Advisory Council
Environmental justice and conservation drive my passion for exposing youth and families to the outdoors. This inspired me to join the Conservation Advisory Council for the City of Newburgh.

Stewart Air National Guard Restoration Advisory Committee
The Stewart Air National Guard (SANG) Restoration Advisory Board (RAC) was formed in early 2020 and held public meetings reviewing SANG’s environmental remediation projects, including the cleanup of Newburgh’s PFAS-contaminated watershed and drinking water reservoirs. I represented Newburgh as a RAC Community Member from 2020 – 2022.
Appalachian Mountain Club
I’m a volunteer instructor for the AMC Center for Outdoor Learning and Leadership! What better way to grow the #getoutdoors movement than helping youth workers and teachers improve their outdoor program planning and facilitation skills?
Downing Park
I’m always looking for a new challenge. I served the Board of Directors of the Downing Park Planning Committee to help steward this precious resource in Newburgh, NY and increase community access to our local park. Fun Fact: I got married in this park!
Passaic County
Converging Strategies was engaged with the Janus Solutions team and the Passaic County Department of Human Services to support the Impact Passaic Collective Impact initiative in Passaic County New Jersey. My role is focused on the pressing Homelessness and Housing issues plaguing the county.
GCSEN Foundation
I was the Director of Operations for the GCSEN Foundation and continue to provide support as a consultant. They teach college students and adults how to turn their passions into viable social enterprises. Social Entrepreneurship is a powerful force for good, as more people develop innovative business models that generate revenue while having a positive social impact.
